How to Use
Directions
Adults: Take 3 softgels 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. Store between 15°C and 25°C, away from children.
Warning
Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen, or if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.

"our family has used Valerian since we lived in Germany. It's very popular there. I use it if I'm stressed. Just 2 of the capsules will calm you without anything heavy and hardly noticeable. I often used it before giving daily executive presentations. 2 caps about half an hour before, and I was calm and professional. When in school I used it before exams."
